Annual Losar Retreat
Lama Gerry Prindiville and Claude Hérail

During Losar, the Tibetan new year, it is customary for disciples to visit their gurus and make offerings and praises, thereby planting seeds for auspicious conditions in the coming year. In February, Gomde California will celebrate the Tibetan new year by connecting to the Guru through the practice of the Trinley Nyingpo.

The Trinley Nyingpo is the main the practice of guru from the Chokling Tersar Lineage. This sadhana is known to dispel obstacles to practice and ensure unimpeded progress on the spiritual path.
This retreat will be led by Gerry Prindiville and Claude Herail, both of whom have taken part in the traditional three-year retreat. They will offer guidance in the practice, answer questions, and lead the group in the daily sessions.
The retreat will begin on the evening of February 16th and will focus on the daily practice of the Trinley Nyingpo. The program will finish at midday on Sunday the 18th.
